Uncertainty and its Effects on Engagement


Uncertainty is one of the worst things you can put your workforce through! In the same manner that Certainty and Clarity drive growth and engagement, uncertainty diminishes every effort you’ve previously put through to build the company’s talent capital and the team collectively…

Companies put a lot of effort into building their team’s engagement, and then when uncertainty comes in, the whole thing goes down the drain….

And from what I am noticing is that HR in most cases is the least concerned with the whole issue.

What do you think HR’s role should be in such cases? And who else do you think should be involved? And How?
